Brian Anderson
Brian Anderson is thrilled to be returning for his ninth year at Lansdowne. He first discovered the magic that is Lansdowne's music program on a university teaching observation and is tremendously proud to now be running this program.
Anderson holds a BEd (Music Education) from UVic and is currently working on his MEd (Counselling) at City University. He has presented at the BC Music Educators Association Conference and is a Sessional Instructor at the University of Victoria in the School of Music.
At Lansdowne, Anderson teaches all band and strings classes, as well as the Clarinet, Trumpet, and Trombone/Euphonium sectionals.
Charlie Mason
Charlie Mason entering her third year of teaching at Lansdowne Middle School. This year Ms. Mason will be teaching Band 6, Tour Band, Choir, and the Flute, Percussion, and Saxophone Sectionals.
Ms. Mason feels so lucky to be continuing at Lansdowne and proud to be part of such an amazing music program and school community.
Ms. Mason studied both music (BMus) and education (BEd) at UVic and started her teaching career in December 2021.
